Flow Flux — Connect the Dots

This Privacy Policy describes how Flow Flux (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Flow Flux mobile application (the “App”), available on Google Play under the package name com.flowflux.com.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Flow Flux is a puzzle game. We designed the App to collect as little information as possible. The information we may process includes:
- Game progress data — such as your current level and in-game progress. This information is stored locally on your device.
- App preferences — such as language or locale settings, if you change them. These are also stored locally on your device.
- Device and network information — the App may check whether your device has an internet connection to support optional online features. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or camera data through the current version of the App.
The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not currently collect your name, email address, phone number, or payment information through the App.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above only to:
- Save and restore your game progress
- Provide core App functionality and improve your gameplay experience
- Support optional online features, if enabled in a future update
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
3. Data Storage and Retention
Game progress and app preferences are stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not operate a user account system in the current version of the App, and we do not upload your game progress to our servers.
Local data remains on your device until you clear the App’s storage, reset your device, or uninstall the App.
4. Permissions
The App requests the following permission on Android:
- Internet — used to support network connectivity checks and optional online features. The core puzzle gameplay works using content bundled within the App.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party libraries and platform services to operate correctly, including:
- Google Play services — for app distribution and, where applicable, in-app update functionality provided by Google.
- Network libraries — used to support optional API communication if enabled in future versions.
These third parties may process limited technical information according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Analytics, Advertising, and Push Notifications
The current version of Flow Flux does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or push notification services to track users.
If we introduce analytics, crash reporting, or notifications in a future update, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when those features become active.
7. Children’s Privacy
Flow Flux is suitable for general audiences. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information stored by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices
You can manage your information by:
- Clearing the App’s data from your device settings
- Uninstalling the App, which removes locally stored game progress
10. International Users
If you use the App from outside your home country, your information may be processed according to the laws of the country where you use the App and where our service providers operate.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
